SHIPPING POLICY
Dear customers,
We cooperate with a shipping partner who specializes in the transport of jewelry. This means that all ordered items are insured and can reach you worldwide within 1 to 4 working days. The shipping costs vary depending on the value of the goods ordered and are displayed during the ordering process in the online shop. Please note that additional customs fees may apply for orders outside the EU.
For each purchase you will receive a tracking number that will be sent to you via email. Since some of our jewelry is only made after the order has been received, the production time is between 1 and 4 weeks from the time of receipt of payment.
If a package is redirected or returned due to a changed or incorrectly provided address, or if you refuse the package or do not pick it up on time, you will be charged for the additional shipping costs.
REFUND POLICY
You have the right to return or exchange the goods received within fourteen days without giving any reason. However, a return or exchange is only possible if the items have not been worn; trying them on is of course excluded from this. Items that have already been worn and show signs of wear cannot be returned and will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
The return period is fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered. Unless the product is faulty, the customer bears all return costs.
In the event of a defective product, we will refund the purchase price and cover the return shipping costs. In all other situations, such as exchanging an item for a different size or model, the buyer is responsible for processing the return shipment, who must cover the full shipping costs and insure the item themselves.
